We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Coffees Club. This policy outlines the process of returns and refunds.

1. Digital Products

Digital products (eBooks, workbooks, reflection journals and planners) cannot be returned or refunded once access has been granted.

By purchasing, you agree that your cancellation rights end once the download begins.

2. Physical Products

You may return physical products within 14 days of receiving them if they are unused and in original condition.

3. How to Start a Return

Email us within 14 days of receipt at coffeesclub@customercontact.info, and we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
