At Coffees Club, we are committed to providing high-quality digital and physical products that inspire and support your personal development journey. Please review our non-refundable policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Non-Refundable Products
All sales are final for the following products and are non-refundable:

Digital Products: All digital products, including e-books and downloadable content, are non-refundable due to their immediate and irrevocable delivery.

Physical Products: All physical journals are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective (see Section 2 for exceptions).
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or defective physical journal, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number and details.

Once we review and approve your request, a replacement journal will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Please note: This exception applies only to physical products. Digital products are excluded from this policy.
3. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
